With more than 15 years of experience, Carolina has led the design and implementation of customs and tax strategies for highly complex industries, including the automotive sector. Her expertise includes preventive audit programs, supply chain optimization under free trade agreements, and the development of customs business operations. She brings a unique commercial and operational perspective on coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth while addressing the realities of today’s regulatory environment.

Through TradeStrat, Carolina advises organizations on strategic consulting, audit risk mitigation, and the design of efficient workflows for customs clearance and transportation operations. Her approach not only improves operational performance but also supports long-term business growth through robust strategic planning and specialized executive training programs for leadership teams.

Carolina holds an MBA in Senior Management from IPADE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Querétaro Campus. In addition, she served as a professor and lecturer for nearly a decade at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Global Business University.
